This Past week we had the pleasure and opportunity of providing some table centrepieces for a corporate lunch at The Brewery.

We offer a wide range of services but centrepiece hire is one of our favourite and popular services.

The venue is quite strict and have a no open flame policy so we provided our crystal globes with led candles and it looked superb.

Here we have a small guide about hosting an unforgettable Lunchon.

Elevating Corporate Gatherings: A Guide to Hosting an Unforgettable Lunch

A Corporate dinner party or lunch offers a unique opportunity for networking, team building, and relationship-building in a more relaxed setting. Planning and hosting a memorable corporate dinner party requires attention to detail, thoughtful organisation, and a touch of creativity. In this guide, we’ll explore how to create an ambiance that fosters positive connections and leaves a lasting impression on your guests.

1. **Choose the Right Venue:**
The venue sets the tone for your corporate dinner party. Consider a space that reflects your company’s values and provides a comfortable yet sophisticated atmosphere. Whether it’s a rooftop terrace with a city view, a trendy restaurant, or a stylish event hall, make sure the venue aligns with the formality and culture of your organisation.

2. **Invitations with a Personal Touch:**
Start by crafting invitations that not only provide essential details but also convey the essence of the event. Personalise the invitations with a warm and inviting tone, and consider incorporating the company’s branding for a professional touch. Encourage RSVPs to help with your final guest count and plan accordingly.

3. **Culinary Excellence:**
A corporate dinner party is as much about the food as it is about the business conversations. Collaborate with a reputable catering service to curate a menu that caters to various dietary preferences and includes a variety of exquisite dishes. Consider incorporating interactive elements like live cooking stations or chef demonstrations to add an entertaining aspect to the dining experience.

4. **Thoughtful Seating Arrangements:**
Strategically plan the seating arrangements to encourage networking and collaboration. Mix up teams and departments to facilitate cross-functional conversations. Ensure that there is enough space between tables for easy movement and that everyone has a clear view of any presentations or entertainment planned for the evening.

5. **Entertainment that Strikes a Balance:**
Incorporate entertainment that complements the atmosphere without overshadowing the primary purpose of the event. Live music, a guest speaker, or interactive activities can enhance the overall experience. Consider the preferences and interests of your guests to ensure the entertainment aligns with the corporate culture.

6. **Branding and Decor:**
Infuse the event with subtle branding elements that reinforce your company’s identity. This could include customised table settings, branded signage, or even a themed decor that aligns with your industry. Keep the decorations sophisticated and in line with the overall aesthetic of the venue.

7. **Attention to Detail:**
It’s the little things that make a big difference. Pay attention to details such as lighting, centrepieces, and table settings. Invest in quality tableware and linens to elevate the overall look and feel of the dining area. Providing small tokens of appreciation, like personalised name cards or company-branded gifts, adds a thoughtful touch.

8. **Interactive Icebreakers:**
Incorporate icebreakers or team-building activities to encourage networking and conversation. This can be as simple as a themed quiz or a collaborative game that sparks engagement among attendees.

9. **Professional Photography:**
Capture the moments with a professional photographer. High-quality images can be used for post-event communications, social media posts, and internal newsletters, extending the impact of the event beyond the evening itself.

10. **Post-Event Follow-up:**
Express gratitude to your guests with a follow-up email or personalised note. Include a summary of the evening, any key takeaways, and express your excitement for future collaborations. This not only strengthens relationships but also leaves a positive lasting impression.

A well-executed corporate dinner party or lunch goes beyond the surface-level formalities and creates an environment where meaningful connections can flourish. By paying attention to details, offering a delightful culinary experience, and fostering an atmosphere of warmth and professionalism, you can ensure that your guests leave with a positive impression and a strengthened sense of camaraderie within the corporate community.

We can always help with a variety of parts to the event including the production, AV, Sound, Lighting, Decor, Theming, branding and more!
