Delivery and Collection

We deliver and collect our products when booking with us. We charge a delivery and collection fee depending on where the items need to go and how many vans we will be needing to use. We mostly cover the London areas but larger orders we do travel further afield so just speak to the sales team to help with your request.

Receiving our items

On the delivering of the items the driver will get you to sign the paper work to agree the items have been delivered.

Items will need to be looked after whilst in your presence and damages will be charged for in the damage deposit.

We will book the time of delivery window to ensure we get your items delivered in time.

It is important that boxes, bags and containers are kept ready for the collection. Any missing items will be charged for.

Collection

The collection is also pre booked in with us, simply let us know the time of collection and we will arrange our team to collect.

A lot of our items can be collected from our warehouse in Croydon for your event. Simply have a look through the site at our products and certain items can be setup on a DIY basis. Get in touch with the office more information.

If your party has a late finish- no problem – let us know at the time of booking and we will send a team out to collect!
